Mainstay Life Services, a Pittsburgh-based nonprofit that has served individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities for over 50 years. They offer programs and services that promote independence and inclusion. Sparq partnered with Mainstay to translate their new brand identity into a meaningful digital presence, one that balances warmth, accessibility, and functionality.

When Mainstay Life Services approached Sparq, they had recently undergone a visual rebrand and needed a website that brought their refreshed identity to life online. As a nonprofit dedicated to supporting individuals with diverse abilities, it was essential that their digital presence reflect warmth, clarity, and inclusivity. Our team designed and developed a fully ADA-compliant website rooted in thoughtful UX strategy, intuitive navigation, and SEO best practices, delivering a platform that strengthens Mainstay's mission while making critical resources more accessible to the community they serve.

Mainstay Life Services came to Sparq following a visual rebrand and needed a website that reflected their renewed energy and commitment to serving individuals with diverse abilities. The new site needed to feel warm and inclusive while remaining intuitive and easy to navigate. Accessibility was a critical requirement, and Sparq ensured the entire website adhered to ADA compliance standards. We also implemented best practices in SEO and content structure to support long-term visibility and engagement. The final product is a digital experience that not only communicates the heart of Mainstay's mission but also makes it easy for individuals, families, and donors to find the information they need.
